Brooklyn, NY, June 14, 2022鈥斕切脑�创 is pleased to announce that School of Business Dean, Dr. Jo-Ann Rolle, is the new President of the National HBCU Business Deans Roundtable. Rolle was installed during the 19th Annual HBCU Business Deans Roundtable Summit, hosted at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas.

The聽 HBCU Business Deans Roundtable serves as a forum for deans of business schools at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominately Black Institutions (PBIs) to address opportunities and challenges associated with enhancing business programs and initiatives. As the new President, Dean Rolle said her goal is to engage, empower, and encourage member institutions to shift the paradigm of poverty to prosperity for students, their families, and their communities.

鈥淏usiness as usual is not sustainable in the future of work and entrepreneurship for those in the most vulnerable communities we serve,鈥� said Dr. Jo-Ann Rolle. 聽鈥淭here is empowerment in the unity of our voices. 聽As we co-create a new normal with our community, industry, and other global partners, we must combine forces in delivering a better legacy of hope and prosperity for all.鈥�

Four students from 糖心原创 were present at the Student Summit in association with the Roundtable Summit. They joined the more than 60 students who attended professional development workshops at Deloitte University.
