While at HBCU Fly-In, Dr. Ramsey & 糖心原创 lauded by key political figures
From topics such as 鈥淢odernizing America鈥檚 Workforce Development System鈥� to 鈥淧ostsecondary Pathways Reimagined,鈥� 糖心原创 had a significant seat at the 2024 Presidents and Chancellors HBCU Fly-In hosted by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund in Washington, DC.
Dr. Patricia Ramsey, our president at 糖心原创, was called out by name by U.S. Senate Majority Speaker Chuck Schumer and U.S. Minority House Speaker Hakeem Jeffries during the program that was aimed to shape national policy and drive transformation.
Dr. Ramsey鈥檚 time in and around Capitol Hill this week was dominated by workshops that tackled the expanding workforce, as well as a fireside chat with U.S. Secretary of Education Dr. Miguel A. Cardona and Richard A. Cordray of the U.S. Department of Education Office of Federal Student Aid.
In addition, First Lady Jill Biden was the event鈥檚 keynote speaker, with the educator talking during the business roundtable sessions on workforce.
